Position 1: Health Care Aide (HCA)

Key Responsibilities: * Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
Monitor and report changes in client health or behavior.
Assist with medication reminders and mobility/transfers.
Provide meaningful companionship and emotional support.
Qualifications: * Valid Alberta HCA Certificate (or equivalent).
Current CPR and First Aid certification.
Clear Vulnerable Sector Police Information Check.
Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
Position 2: Personal Support Worker (PSW)

Type: Flexible Shifts Available
Job Summary: Are you a natural caregiver? We are looking for empathetic Personal Support Workers to help our clients maintain their independence. Your role is about more than just tasks; it’s about building relationships and ensuring our clients feel safe and supported at home.
Key Responsibilities: * Provide light housekeeping, laundry, and meal preparation.
Assist with grocery shopping and accompanying clients to appointments.
Support clients with non-medical personal care and respite for family members.
Create a safe, clean, and positive environment for the client.
Qualifications: * Previous experience in home care or community support is an asset.
Compassionate, patient, and reliable personality.
Clear Vulnerable Sector Police Information Check.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
